1/2023/KOR Correction of current report no. 1/2023

Management Board of CPD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) submits a correction to the current report No. 1/2023 of January 31, 2023 entitled: Deadlines for submitting periodic reports in the financial year 2023.

The correction consists in changing the date of publication of the consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2023 to November 29, 2023.

The rest of the report has not changed.

15 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state
