1/2011 Notice by Operation Department of National Depository of Securities

In regards to current report no 2/2010 dated 21 of December 2010 the Management Board of CELTIC PROPERTY DEVELOPMENTS S.A. („the Company”) hereby announces that today e.i. on the 3rd of January 2011 has received a notice from the Operation Department of National Depository of Securities. The notice informed that on the basis of Management Board of KDPW resolution no 843/10 dated 17 December on the 21st of December 2010 the National Depository registered 34,068,252 ordinary shares in bearer series B of the Company marked with PLCELPD00013 ISIN Code.

Legal basis: § 34 sec. 1 point 1 Decree of Minister of Finance dated 19th of February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by law of nonmember state (Journal of Laws from 2009 No 33 item 259 with subsequent amendments).
