21/2022 Information on transactions obtained pursuant to Art. 19 MAR

Management Board of CPD S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”) informs that on 2 August 2022, it received from CPD S.A., an entity closely related to persons discharging managerial responsibilities at CPD S.A., a notification of a transaction on shares, concluded on 29 July 2022, referred to in Art. 19 paragraph 3 of the MAR Regulation.

The content of the notification is provided by the Company in the attachment.
