22/2021 Notification from shareholder pursuant to Article 69 of the Act on Public Offering

Management Board of CPD S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”), informs that on 10 August 2021, the Company received a notification from Furseka Trading and Investments Limited pursuant to Art. 69 of the Act on public offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments to an organized trading system and on public companies of 29 July 2005 (Journal of Laws No. 184, item 1539, as amended).
