22/2022 Information on transactions obtained pursuant to art. 19 MAR

Management Board of CPD S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”) informs that on August 4, 2022, the Company received from Ms Iwona Makarewicz, a member of the management board at CPD S.A., a notification of a share transaction referred to in Art. 19 paragraph 3 of the MAR Regulation, concluded on July 29, 2022.

The content of the notification is provided by the Company in the attachment.
