28/2022 Conclusion of the Sale Agreement by the Issuer’s subsidiary

Management Board of CPD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer“) informs that on 1 December 2022 the Issuer’s subsidiary, i.e. Robin Investments sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller“) concluded the promised agreement for the sale of the ownership right to real estate, including land with an office and service building under the name “Aquarius”, located at 31 a Połczyńska street in Warsaw, for which land and mortgage registers with the numbers WA1M/00223834/8, WA1M/00168851/9, WA1M/00168852/6, WA1M/00168850/2 are kept, by the District Court for Warsaw – Mokotów in Warsaw, VII Registry Department Perpetual. The sales contract with a total gross value of PLN 32,828,065 was concluded with POL31 spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer“).

The provisions of the above agreement do not differ from the standards commonly applicable to this type of agreement.
