29/2021 Resignation of the Member of the Supervisory Board

Management Board of CPD S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”) informs that on 22 September 2021, received the resignation of a Supervisory Board member from his function.

Ms Gabriela Gryger, previously a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, resigned with immediate effect without giving any reason.

As a result of the above resignation, 5 people remain in the composition of the Supervisory Board.

 

Legal basis:

5 point 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state
