3/2020 Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2020

The Management Board of CPD S.A. (the Company) hereby announces the dates of publishing the periodic reports in 2020:

1. Annual report:

– Stand-alone annual report for 2019 – 28^th of April 2020

– Consolidated annual report for 2019 – 28^th of April 2020

2. Half-year report:

– Consolidated half-year report for the first half of the year 2020, containing half-year condensed financial statements – 28^th of September 2020

3. Quarterly reports:

– Consolidated quarter report for the first quarter of 2020, containing quarter financial information – 28^th of May 2020

– Consolidated quarter report for the third quarter of 2020, containing quarter financial information – 26^th of November 2020

Additionally, the Management Board hereby announces that the Company will not publish:

The quarter report and consolidated quarter report for the fourth quarter of 2019 – in regard to the publication of the annual report on 28^th of April 2020 and on the basis of the article 79.2 of the Decree of Minister of Finance dated 29^th of March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by law of nonmember state (Journal of Laws from 2018.757);

– The quarter report and consolidated quarter report for the second quarter of 2020, on the basis of article 79.2 of the Decree.
