30/2023 Appointment Of The Auditor For The Years 2023-2024

Management Board of CPD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) informs that in accordance with the recommendation of the Supervisory Board, which, after reviewing the recommendation of the Company’s Audit Committee, adopted a resolution on the re-election of Grant Thornton Polska Prostaspółkaakcyjna with its registered office in Poznań, at ul. AbpaAntoniegoBaraniaka 88 E, entered on the list of entities authorized to audit financial statements under number 4055, as the Company’s statutory auditor, signed an agreement with the above-mentioned entity for:

• to audit the standalone financial statements of CPD S.A. for the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023,
• to audit the consolidated financial statements of the CPD Group for the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023,
• to review the standalone financial statements of CPD S.A. for the period from 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2023,
• to review the interim consolidated financial statements of the CPD Group for the period from 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2023,

oraz:

• to audit the standalone financial statements of CPD S.A. for the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024,
• to audit the consolidated financial statements of the CPD Group for the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024,
• to review the standalone financial statements of CPD S.A. for the period from 1 January 2024 to 30 June 2024,
• to review the interim consolidated financial statements of the CPD Group for the period from 1 January 2024 to 30 June 2024.

The Company had previously engaged Grant Thornton Polska Prostaspółkaakcyjna. to audit and review its financial statements for 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.
