33/2013 Completion of the liquidation process of the Company subsidiary

The Management Board of CELTIC PROPERTY DEVELOPMENTS S.A. (The Company), in relation to the current report No 31/2012 published on 8 August 2012, hereby announces, that in connection with completion of the liquidation process, Court in Budapest (Fővárosi Törvényszék Cégbírósága) issued a decision on removal from the register of entrepreneurs CPD Kft based in Budapest, Hungary, registered under number 01-09-906284 on July 18, 2013.
