39/2013 The share capital increase

Board of Celtic Property Developments SA (The “Company”) announces that today it has received the decision of the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register of 13 September 2013 on the entry of the capital increase of the Company.

The share capital of the Company was increased from 3,439,626.40 zł (court mistakenly registered the amount of 3,439,626.00 zł) to 3,459,559.70 zł, ie the amount of 19,933.30 zł through the issuance of 199,333 of common bearer F series shares with a nominal value of 0.10 zł (ten groszy) per share (the “Series F Shares”).

After registration of the increase, the share capital amounts to PLN 3,459,559.70 and is divided into 34,595,597 shares B, C, D, E and F series with a nominal value of 0.10 zł (ten groszy) per share, corresponding to 34,595,597 votes at the general meeting of the Company.
