5/2020/KOR Correction of the current report no. 5/2020

The Management Board of CPD S.A. („the Company”) publishes the correction of the current report No. 5/2020 dated 2^nd of March, 2020 entiled “Resolutions adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of CPD S.A. held 2 March, 2020”

The correction consists of changing the voting description over Resolution No. 3 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of CPD S.A., by adding information on the objection raised by the shareholder.

The rest of the attachment hasn’t been changed.

15.2 the Decree of Minister of Finance dated 29^th of March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by law of nonmembers of state.
