7/2021 Cancellation of the Extraordinary General Meeting convened for 4 May 2021

The Management Board of CPD SA with its seat in Warsaw (“Company”), in connection with the announcement on the convening of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company on 7 April 2021 at 12:00 at the Company’s seat in Warsaw at ul. Cybernetyki 7b (the “General Meeting”), announces the cancellation of the General Meeting, which was convened with the announcement made public in the current report No. 6/2021 of 7 April 2021.

The basis for the cancellation of the General Meeting is the resolution of the Management Board of the Company of 28 April 2021, on the basis of which the Management Board decided to cancel the General Meeting due to the upcoming statutory date of the Ordinary General Meeting of CPD SA, and thus the cancellation is justified by the economy of time and commitment of the Company its shareholders.
