22/2023/KOR Correction Of Current Report No. 22/2023

Management Board of CPD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) informs that there was a typographical error in the current report No. 22/2023 of August 21, 2023 entitled: “Information on the acceptance of Share Sale Offers.”, consisting in indicating incorrect information:

Instead – the period for accepting Share Sale Offers from 2 to 18 August 2022,
It should be – the period for accepting Share Sale Offers from 2 to 18 August 2023,

Instead – the date of acceptance of the Share Sale Offers on August 18, 2022,
Should be – date of acceptance of Share Sale Offers August 18, 2023,

Instead – 4,483,092 (four million four hundred eighty three thousand ninety two) shares proposed by the Company
It should be – 1,274,943 (in words: one million two hundred seventyfour thousand nine hundred three) shares proposed by the Company

Thus, the correction is made current report no. 22/2023. The rest of the report has not changed.
