Management Board of CPD S.A. (“Company”) informs that on 28 August 2023, the Company, as an entity closely related to persons discharging managerial responsibilities at CPD S.A., submitted a notification of share transactions concluded on 23 August 2023, referred to in Art. 19 sec. 1 of MAR.
