Celtic Property Developments S.A. Management Board advises that the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. Management Board on the basis of Resolution No 1387/2010 dated 20th of December 2010 decided to allow official listing on the parallel market 34,068,252 of ordinary shares in bearer form series B Celtic Property Developments S.A. with a nominal value 10 groszy each.
On the basis of Supervisory Council resolution dated 15th of December 2010 the auditor PriceWatershouseCoopers was elected. They will be responsible for auditing the financial statements for the year ending 31st of December 2010 and for auditing stand alone financial statements of the parent company for the year ending 31st of December 2010.
On the 13th of December 2010 the Financial Supervisory Commission issued a decision approving the Celtic Property Developments S.A. prospectus.
