The shares were acquired as a non-cash contribution in exchange for 1,020,000 Series E ordinary bearer shares of CPD S.A., issued at a total issue price of 3,264,000.00 PLN, i.e., a unit price of 3.2 PLN.<\/p>\n<p>Osiedle Kmicica Sp. z o.o. owns a plot of land with an area of 1.1245 ha, located in Cz\u0119stochowa near \u015aw. Kingi Street, with an estimated market value of 6,869,900.00 PLN. According to the current Land Use and Development Plan, this area is designated for multi-family residential and commercial development. A zoning decision was issued for the property in 2018, authorizing the construction of up to six multi-family residential buildings and one commercial building of the aparthotel type.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe attractive location in close proximity to Jasna G\u00f3ra and the favorable development conditions offer CPD S.A. the potential to use the property for one of the purposes specified in the Company\u2019s Development Strategy, specifically in the area of long-term leasing of hotel properties,\u201d<\/em> <strong>notes Rafa\u0142 Kijonka, President of the Management Board of CPD S.A.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CPD S.A. is consistently implementing its Development Strategy.
