A key element of the Strategy is the creation of Poland\u2019s first modern REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust), which aims to increase shareholder value through a diversified portfolio of properties generating stable, long-term rental income.<\/p>\n<p>In the third quarter of 2025, the Company continued to carry out investment activities, primarily in Cz\u0119stochowa and on the U.S. market. CPD S.A. acquired control of Wielki B\u00f3r Sp. z o.o., the owner of two commercial properties used for retail, service, warehouse, and office purposes, located on B\u00f3r Street in Cz\u0119stochowa, with a total built-up area exceeding 4,000 m\u00b2. At the same time, the Company plans to acquire a majority stake in Osiedle Kmicica Sp. z o.o., which owns a 1.1245-hectare land parcel with the potential to develop up to six multi-family residential buildings and an aparthotel. The relevant terms and conditions of the transaction have been agreed upon.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe property\u2019s proximity to Jasna G\u00f3ra in Cz\u0119stochowa and its favorable development conditions offer CPD S.A. the potential to use the property for one of the purposes outlined in the Company\u2019s Development Strategy, specifically in the area of long-term hotel property leasing,\u201d notes Rafa\u0142 Kijonka, President of the Management Board of CPD S.A.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cTaking control of Wielki B\u00f3r enables CPD S.A. to expand in the commercial real estate leasing segment through a company that owns valuable assets generating stable revenue,\u201d<\/em> <strong>adds Rafa\u0142 Kijonka.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The third quarter of 2025 also marks a significant step in the company\u2019s expansion into the U.S. market. In October 2025, the Company entered into an agreement with Mr. Jaros\u0142aw Tadla, a shareholder of CPD S.A., regarding the terms of a transaction to acquire rights in companies owning residential rental properties in Jacksonville, Florida: Woodlands Apartments (64 units) and Jammes Rd Apartments (54 units).<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>The completion of the planned transaction will allow us to capitalize on the growing investment potential of the Jacksonville, Florida, market by generating rental income from residential properties there, and the expected rate of return aligns this investment with the key objectives of the Company\u2019s Development Strategy for 2025\u20132028,\u201d<\/em> <strong>emphasizes Rafa\u0142 Kijonka.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At the same time, in the third quarter of 2025, the Company continued negotiations regarding the terms of the indirect acquisition of the \u201cWratislavia Tower\u201d commercial and office building, located in Wroc\u0142aw in close proximity to the Market Square. CPD S.A. is currently analyzing the available financing options for this investment.<\/p>\n<p><em>The third quarter of 2025 confirmed the strong momentum of CPD S.A.\u2019s activities in the area of planned investment projects on both the Polish and U.S. markets.
