September 30, 2025 CPD S.A. announced the adoption of its Development Strategy for 2025\u20132028, whose main objective is to create Poland\u2019s first modern REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust), which will build value for shareholders through a diversified portfolio of properties generating stable, long-term rental income.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Company\u2019s development plans include building a diversified portfolio of commercial and specialty real estate worth at least 1 billion zlotys by the end of 2028. The Company plans to invest simultaneously in Poland, the U.S., and Europe.<\/p>\n

CPD S.A.\u2019s strategy is based on a combination\u2014unique on a national scale\u2014of Poland\u2019s stable markets with high-growth segments in the U.S. and Europe, and its implementation will be based on four pillars:<\/p>\n

We combine the security and stability of the Polish market with the growth potential of the U.S. market and the quality of European assets. The strategy will be implemented through future share offerings, with an issue price of 3.2 PLN by the end of 2025, for a maximum of 9,000,000 shares, which will provide attractive entry terms for early investors, and subsequently through further share offerings by the Company.<\/p>\n

In addition, the Company commits to implementing a shareholder-friendly dividend policy following the approval of the 2026 financial results, which calls for a progressive increase in dividend payouts up to 80% of net profit.<\/p>\n

The growth path outlined above demonstrates that the Company is capable not only of achieving its goal of building a PLN 1 billion portfolio but also of generating a significant and growing stream of income for shareholders.
