Graduate of the Faculty of Physics and Nuclear Techniques at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, with a Master’s degree in technical physics and a doctoral degree in physical sciences. Also completed postgraduate studies in financial mathematics at the Jagiellonian University.
Corporate finance manager and expert, with professional experience gained at brokerage houses, business advisory firms, and investment funds. Specializes in financing business entities at all stages of development, implementing and monitoring financial control systems, and preparing financial strategies, investment feasibility analyses, and financial models. Experienced in management accounting and capital market transactions, including debt capital raising.
Began his career at Emerging Polish Securities Sp. z o.o. and Krakowski Dom Maklerski S.A., evaluating and preparing investments in business entities. Served as Chief Financial Officer at CDN-Compact Disc Novelty S.A., then, from 2005 to 2009, as Director of the Primary Market at Dom Maklerski IDM S.A., responsible for preparing and executing capital transactions, including share issuances on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) and private bond issuances.
From 2010 to 2015, served as Vice President of the Management Board of Equity Advisors Sp. z o.o., responsible for preparing and executing private market transactions, including share and bond issuances and M&A deals. President of the Management Board of NCA Sp. z o.o. since 2011, a company providing business advisory, valuation, and financial expert services, and business process modeling.
President of the Management Board of Augere Health Food Fund ASI Sp. z o.o. since 2016 – a seed fund investing in innovative food-sector projects – responsible for evaluating and executing investment projects, developing financial models, and implementing financial reporting standards for portfolio companies. Also President of the Management Board of ABC ASI Sp. z o.o. since 2022, carrying out capital investments in private and public markets.
Has served, and continues to serve, on the supervisory boards of numerous companies, including those listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
