Strategy

CPD S.A. plans to establish Poland’s first modern REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust), with the goal of building a diversified real estate portfolio worth at least 1 billion zlotys by the end of 2028, generating stable, long-term rental income for shareholders.

The portfolio is intended to combine the stable Polish market with high-growth segments in the U.S. and Europe, and its development will be financed through future share issuances. The company also intends to implement a dividend policy providing for a progressive increase in payouts to shareholders. The operating model will be based on a “capital management holding” structure, with operations outsourced to specialized partners.

Achieving this scale of operations and a stable stream of rental income requires basing the business model on carefully selected pillars of the real estate market, which have been defined for the years 2025–2028.
