Rafał Kijonka

Graduate of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Faculty of Economics, Kraków University of Economics.

Manager and entrepreneur with over 20 years of professional experience gained both at global companies (Adecco and Manpower Group – responsible for business development and key client relationships) and by introducing Swiss brands to the Polish market (Mensys Group and Swisslinx), as well as managing companies with Polish capital.

For many years, collaborated with the Association of Business Service Leaders (ABSL) and the Association of IT and Business Process Services (ASPIRE), and was involved in attracting investment to Poland and cooperating with PAIiIZ (Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency) / PAIH (Polish Investment and Trade Agency), Regional Development Agencies, and Special Economic Zones.

Specializes in managing international projects, company management, and attracting foreign investment. Experienced in serving as a supervisory board member and management board member of companies and foundations.

President of the Management Board of FORUM Foundation since 2012, co-organizing TEDx Kraków conferences and running charitable and support projects.

Member of the Program Council of the Swiss Studies Centre at the University of Warsaw. Member of the Management Board of the Polish-Swiss Chamber of Commerce since 2014.
