Dates for submitting periodic reports in 2026
The Management Board of the company under the name CPD S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw [hereinafter referred to as the Issuer] hereby announces the dates for submitting periodic reports in 2026:
Periodic reports for 2025:
– The Issuer’s separate annual report for 2025: April 30, 2026.
– The Issuer’s consolidated annual report for 2025: April 30, 2026.
Periodic reports for 2026:
– consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2026: May 29, 2026.
– consolidated half-year report for the first half of 2026: September 30, 2026.
– consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2026: November 27, 2026.
The Issuer also hereby announces that it has decided not to publish the consolidated report for the fourth quarter of 2025, the consolidated report for the second quarter of 2026, and the consolidated report for the fourth quarter of 2026 pursuant to § 83 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of June 6, 2025, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state [hereinafter referred to as the Regulation].
Furthermore, in accordance with § 63 sections 1 and 3 of the Regulation, the Issuer hereby announces that the consolidated quarterly reports and the semi-annual report will include, respectively, condensed quarterly and semi-annual financial statements. Therefore, the Issuer will not submit separate separate quarterly reports or a separate separate semi-annual report.
