List of shareholders holding at least 5% of the voting rights at the Extraordinary General Meeting of CPD S.A. held on March 19, 2026

The Management Board of CPD S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw [hereinafter referred to as the Issuer], hereby provides a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes at the Issuer’s Extraordinary General Meeting held on March 19, 2026: 

1. Artur Błasik, holding 4,567,982 shares of the Issuer, which entitled him to 4,567,982 votes,representing 93.10% of the total votes at that Meeting and constituting 44.07% of the Issuer’s total voting rights.
