Changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board
The Management Board of the Company under the name CPD S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw [hereinafter referred to as the Issuer] hereby announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Issuer, held on March 19, 2026, adopted a resolution appointing Mr. Bartłomiej Oset as a Member of the Supervisory Board. The Issuer provides the legally required information below about Mr. Bartłomiej Oset, appointed as a Member of the Supervisory Board: Mr. Bartłomiej Oset is a real estate market expert with 18 years of experience in the development industry, specializing in sales strategy, marketing, and investment product development. Since 2025, he has been a Member of the Management Board of the Gdańsk Branch of the Polish Association of Developers. From 2016 to 2025, he served as Vice President of the Management Board of NDI Development Sp. z o.o., where he was responsible for, among other things: – Creating sales and marketing strategies for residential and mixed-use projects. – Creating the Destination Places concept. – Real estate acquisition. – Coordinating revitalization projects. – Supporting administrative processes, including amendments to local spatial development plans. – Serving on supervisory boards. – Operational management of special purpose vehicles. – Overseeing budget implementation and financial efficiency. – Coordinating design processes for residential and mixed-use investments. – Creating and implementing tools supporting property management (mobile applications). From 2011 to 2015, he served as Commercialization Manager at NDI S.A., and previously worked in consulting and sales management for other companies in the development market. Mr. Bartłomiej Oset holds a university degree, graduating with a degree in Management and Marketing from the University of Gdańsk. He also possesses expertise in real estate valuations.
Mr. Bartłomiej Oset:
– is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained pursuant to the provisions of the Act of August 20, 1997, on the National Court Register; – does not conduct any business competitive to the Company;
– is not involved in any competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership, or as a member of a corporate body, or in any other competitive legal entity as a member of its corporate body.
