Registration of shares in the securities depository

The Management Board of CPD S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw [hereinafter referred to as the Issuer], hereby announces that on April 29, 2026, the National Depository for Securities S.A. [“KDPW”] issued Statement No. 466/2026 regarding the registration in the securities depository maintained by KDPW of:

– 3,747,343 Series D ordinary bearer shares of the Issuer, which will be registered under ISIN code PLCELPD00047,

– 800,000 Series G ordinary bearer shares of the Issuer, which will be registered under ISIN code PLCELPD00054.

The shares will be registered on May 4, 2026.
