Graduate of Management and Marketing at the University of Gdańsk.

Real estate market expert and manager with nearly 20 years of professional experience gained at leading development companies, responsible for the development of residential and mixed-use projects, commercialization, business strategy, and company management. Began his career at EuroStyl and Robyg, focusing on sales, marketing, and investment advisory. In 2011 – 2015, served as Commercialization Manager at NDI S.A., responsible for sales strategies for development projects

From 2016 to 2025, served as Vice President of the Management Board of NDI Development Sp. z o.o., responsible for the strategic development of the company’s development activities – from creating sales and marketing strategies, through land and investment project acquisitions, to coordinating revitalization processes and overseeing budgets and investment financial efficiency. Managed special-purpose vehicles (including NDI Property, NDI Apartamenty, NDI Nieruchomości), served on supervisory boards, and oversaw implementation of digital tools supporting property management.

Specializes in real estate identification and acquisition, development of business models for investment ventures, and optimization of investment and operational processes. Also brings expertise in real estate valuation and extensive experience in investment project evaluation and corporate governance.

Since 2025, Member of the Management Board of the Gdańsk branch of the Polish Association of Developers (PZFD). Since March 2026, member of the Supervisory Board of CPD S.A., supporting the Company in development strategy, corporate governance, and investment project evaluation.
