Notification of a person discharging managerial responsibilities regarding a transaction involving the Issuer’s shares

The Management Board of CPD S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw [“Issuer”] hereby announces that on July 2, 2026, the Issuer received a notification from the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Tomasz Kaniowski, regarding a transaction involving the Issuer’s shares.
