Notification of a change in the Issuer’s shareholding

The Management Board of CPD S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw [“Issuer”] hereby announces that on April 3, 2026, the Issuer received a notification from a shareholder regarding a change in the Issuer’s shareholding. The Issuer provides the full text of the notification attached to this report. 

Article 70, section 1 of the Public Offering Act - acquisition or disposal of a significant block of shares
