Notification of a change in the Issuer’s shareholding

The Management Board of CPD S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw [“Issuer”] hereby announces that on January 20, 2026, the Issuer received a notification from Artur Błasik [hereinafter referred to as the “Shareholder”] regarding a change in the Issuer’s shareholding.
